Amuze Customer Reviews (1)
Beware, Beware, Beware!!! If you purchase anything that requires shipment from Italy, Amuze has no idea when it will arrive or even if it will arrive. There are no tracking methods for individual purchases, all are bulked into 1 package. Hence, no idea what's what. If you are able to get someone on the line, they will already have the 1-3 week script ready. No one follows up or has any concerns as it is a known problem by Amuze that the Italy distribution is subpar at best. I made 4 purchases in about a month and only 1 order arrived with no issue, 1 order was picked up at the Owings Mills location (sometimes its open to the public, sometimes its not), 1 order had to be tracked down, & the final order never arrived & was cancelled with no prior communication after a month. Amuze is not a reliable source for international sales. Initially the visit to the Owings Mills location was pleasant but it soon revealed that Amuze has a great internet presence but it is piss poor with customer service and has no genuine concern with customer care (another whole story in of itself). Again Beware, Beware, Beware!!! Not an angry customer, just a consumer who values quality service and the receipt of purchased merchandise, neither of which was produced by Amuze. Amuze values quantity over quality. Throw enough at the wall and something will stick. Not a good recurring business model but it works for them.
